My Story

Hi, I’m Sam. I discovered tinned fish in college, when I was mostly eating canned tuna. Then, as a young professional starting a career in the military, tinned fish served as a quick and easy protein snack. I was obsessed with Brunswick sardine fillets. After I was diagnosed with cancer at 25 years old, tinned fish was sometimes the only thing I had the energy to prepare and eat during the tough days of chemotherapy.

I hope more people try and love this delight. Tinned fish be so much for you, too.
